I have extensive experience in health promotion, health coaching and corporate health, combined with over 11 years working in elite sport as a sports physiologist with the Australian and New South Wales Institutes of Sport and with British Swimming
How I work
My aim is to take the principles used for enhancing the performance of elite athletes and personalise them to provide you with the resources and support to achieve positive health benefits and greater quality of life.
I help develop an overall plan that focuses on the key areas of health you wish to improve. I then assist you in tailoring physical activity that can be incorporated into your normal daily life.
